Why a price range and not an exact price?
Because we have not measured your house yet. The range is tight enough to tell you if the project fits your budget. Once you decide you want to move forward, Jose comes out once to measure and signs the exact price. Nothing in between.
Why no sales visit?
Because you don’t need one to get a price range. Most KC siding companies use the in-home visit to pressure you into a decision. We don’t do that. The first time we come to your house is after you’ve already told us the price range works for you.
How long is my price locked?
6 months from the day Jose texts it to you. Request your price by November 30 to lock in a current-market range.
What if I just need a repair, not a full siding replacement?
Repair projects are welcome too. Note “repair” in the project-type field and Jose will text you a repair price range based on the photos.
Who sends me the text?
Jose does, personally, from his own phone. The number that texts you is the same number you can call back if you have questions. Save it as a contact so you don’t miss it.
